📌Return and Refund Policy

We have a 21 day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Return Conditions

You can request a return if:

• The return is initiated within 21 days of delivery.

• The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Used or worn items

• Products without original tags or packaging

• Final sale or customized items

 

🔁 Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your order and place a NEW ONE.

 

💰 Refund Options

1️⃣ Orders Returned Due to Our Mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged product)

• Refund will be issued to your original payment method, or you can choose to receive it to your UPI ID or QR code (details will be collected after we receive and verify the returned product).

2️⃣ Orders Returned for Any Other Reason (e.g., size issue, changed mind , quality not satisfied )

• Prepaid Orders: Refund can be issued to your UPI ID .

• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be credited to your UPI ID .

Video Evidence Required:

 -To ensure that claims regarding damaged items are valid, please make a video of the unboxing process. This is a mandatory requirement, as any damage claims made without video evidence will not be accepted.

 

📦 Return Process

• Reverse Pickup: Available in most areas.

- 21-Day Window: Initiate returns within 21 days of delivery via WhatsApp (7700845899) or email (pixlteeshirts@gmail.com). Late requests will not be processed.

⏱ Refund Timeline

• Refunds or wallet credits are issued within 24 hours after the return is received and passes the quality check.

• Wallet credits can be used immediately for your next purchase.
